All customers must call or email to cancel 5 (five) days prior to their check in date in order to get a refund on their stay. Most reservations require a one night deposit. If the customer cancels 5 days prior to the check in date, they will get their deposit refunded. If they cancel after 5 days prior to their check in date, the customer forfeits their deposit and that will not be refunded. Reservations made through a 3rd party website such as Expedia and Booking.com must make any cancellations or requests to remove a night through their respective website directly. They are still beholden to a 5 day cancel policy.
You may offer to move the reservation one time at no charge to the customer in order to keep the booking. At the discretion of the general manager, deposits may be used as a one-time courtesy toward a future stay or the stay rescheduled if it is after the 5 day period. Any further cancellations forfeit the deposit. Any removal of dates to the stay must be requested 5 days prior to the check in date. Customers can add more days onto their stay at any time based on availability.

ADVANCED PURCHASE RATE and BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONEY are non-refundable.

There is no lifeguard on duty. The swimming pool is open mid-Jun through mid-September. Swim at your own risk. Pool hours are strictly from 11AM to dusk.

For holiday periods, wedding blocks and special events, policies may be different from above. Please ask before making a reservation. Check-in time is 4:00 pm or later, check-out is 11:00 am unless special arrangements have been made.
Our facility does not have an elevator and rooms on the 2nd floor are accessed through interior stairwells. All requests are subject to availability; every effort is made to accommodate such requests.
SMOKING POLICY: We are a smoke-free property; all of our rooms are non-smoking. Disregard of this policy by smoking in a guest room will result in a $200.00 cleaning which will be charged to the credit card on file.
PET POLICY: We do not accept pets, except for a service animal booked with advance reservation.
Free WiFi is offered in all guests rooms and throughout the property.

While all of our rooms are spacious and comfortable, if you need strictly ADA-accessible rooms we have two options to serve you. Both are located on the ground level, with a designated parking spot (shared van access aisle) and exterior-accessible route to each room.
Room doors are not automatic, but handles are compliant. Each room has two queen beds and can comfortably accommodate a wheelchair, with features like wide doorways, higher sinks, tilted mirrors above sinks, and grab bars in the roll-in shower and next to the toilet.
Even our tech amenities are adjusted for your comfort, with features like closed captioning, audible or visual strobe alarm options, and hearing-impaired alert devices for incoming telephone calls or door visitors.
